OnCourt! User Agreement

1. About OnCourt!

OnCourt! is a personal badminton activity journal. It helps you record sessions, venues, moods, notes, tags, profile identity, XP, insights, highlight photos, private footprint map data, and related sharing cards.

OnCourt! is not medical advice, professional coaching advice, a training plan, emergency service, or safety monitoring service. Any insights, XP, levels, streaks, rankings, or personality results are for personal reference and entertainment only.

2. Accepting These Terms

By using OnCourt!, creating records, enabling iCloud sync, or continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

If you use OnCourt! on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that you will follow these Terms.

3. Local Mode and iCloud Private Sync

You may use OnCourt! with local records on your device. Local-only records may be lost if the app or device data is deleted.

You may enable iCloud private sync to sync your OnCourt profile and records across your own Apple devices through Apple CloudKit private database. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and device secure.

iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Health, Apple Maps, MapKit, location services, and photo access may depend on network availability, platform permissions, Apple services, and correct app configuration.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the records, notes, images, avatar, and other content you add to OnCourt!.

You are responsible for the content you add. Do not add content that violates another person's rights, includes private information about others without permission, is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or interferes with the app.

5. Health, Maps, and Activity Features

You are responsible for deciding whether badminton activity is safe for you. Stop playing and seek professional advice if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Apple Health integration is optional and requires your permission. OnCourt! reads Apple Health data only when you choose to import badminton workouts, and writes a badminton workout to Apple Health only when you enable Health sync for new records. Location and photo features are also optional and used only when you choose the related feature.

XP, insights, streaks, share cards, and court personality features are playful personal-reference features. They are not official competition rankings and may change as the product evolves.

6. App Ownership

OnCourt!, including its design, software, artwork, text, icons, branding, and original content, is owned by its developer or licensed to us. These Terms do not give you ownership of the app or permission to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We may also suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or the app is being misused.

We try to keep OnCourt! reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

OnCourt! is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-data damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
