OnCourt! Privacy Policy

Short version: the developer of OnCourt! does not collect your personal data. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to enable Apple private iCloud sync across your own devices. Apple Health, Photos, and Location are used only when you choose the related feature.
1. What OnCourt! Does
OnCourt! is a personal badminton activity journal. It helps you record sessions, venues, moods, notes, profile details, court personality results, racket tags, XP, highlight photos, share cards, and private footprint map data.
The developer of OnCourt! does not collect, sell, or use your personal data for advertising, marketing, or tracking.
2. Data Storage
Your records are stored on your device by default.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your profile, records, and highlight photos may sync across your own Apple devices through your Apple private iCloud space.
HealthKit-derived health data is not stored in OnCourt! iCloud Sync.
3. Permissions
Apple Health access is optional. OnCourt! reads badminton workouts only when you choose to import them, and writes new workouts only when you enable Health sync.
Photo access is used only when you choose an avatar or highlight photo.
Location access is used only when you choose features that need your current location, such as placing a court pin.
4. Third-Party Services
OnCourt! uses Apple services such as iCloud / CloudKit, HealthKit, Photos, Apple Maps / MapKit, and Core Location to provide the features you choose to use.
5. Storage, Security, and Retention
You can delete records, reset app data, disable iCloud Sync, and manage optional permissions in iOS Settings.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

7. Children
OnCourt! is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. International Transfers
Apple services such as iCloud, HealthKit, Apple Maps, and MapKit may process information according to Apple's terms and privacy practices, which may involve processing in countries or regions outside where you live.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means.

1. 本应用做什么
OnCourt! 上场是一款个人羽毛球打卡记录应用，用于记录球局、训练、场馆、心情、备注、个人资料、球场人格、主力战拍、XP、精彩瞬间图片、分享卡片和私人的足迹地图。
OnCourt! 的开发者不会收集、出售你的个人数据，也不会把你的个人数据用于广告、营销或追踪。
2. 数据存储
你的记录默认只保存在你的设备上。
如果你开启 iCloud 同步，个人档案、记录和精彩瞬间图片可能会通过你的 Apple 私有 iCloud 空间在你自己的设备之间同步。
来自 HealthKit 的健康数据不会保存到 OnCourt! 的 iCloud 同步中。
3. 权限使用
Apple 健康权限是可选的。OnCourt! 只会在你主动选择导入时读取羽毛球运动记录；只有当你开启健康同步时，才会写入新的运动记录。
照片权限只会在你选择头像或精彩瞬间图片时使用。
定位权限只会在你主动使用需要当前位置的功能时使用，例如放置球馆 pin。
4. 第三方服务
OnCourt! 使用 Apple iCloud / CloudKit、HealthKit、照片、Apple Maps / MapKit 和 Core Location 等 Apple 服务来提供你选择使用的功能。
5. 存储、安全与保留
你可以删除记录、重置应用数据、关闭 iCloud 同步，并在 iOS 设置中管理可选权限。
任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

7. 儿童隐私

Apple iCloud、HealthKit、Apple Maps 和 MapKit 等 Apple 服务可能会按照 Apple 自身条款和隐私实践处理信息，其中可能涉及在你居住地以外的国家或地区处理。
